tl;dr: A done-for-you service that tracks whether Miami small businesses show up when customers ask AI for a recommendation — and optimizes them until they do.

Small businesses spend years building their Google presence. Most have no idea whether they appear when a customer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini for a recommendation in their category.

Faro solves that. It’s a done-for-you AI visibility service built for service-based businesses in South Florida — fully bilingual, no dashboards, no technical setup required.

What Shipped

Landing page and waitlist — bilingual marketing site (English / Spanish) at heyfaro.com with a referral-based waitlist. First 10 pilot clients being onboarded in Miami.

AI monitoring — automated query engine running hundreds of searches per week across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini to track client visibility and competitor mentions.

Referral and partner system — CPA and financial advisor referral program with lifetime revenue share tracking. Advisors refer clients; Faro handles delivery.

Attribution tracker — lightweight JavaScript pixel that detects when visitors arrive from AI platforms (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and tracks which AI sources are driving real business inquiries.

Monthly reporting — two-page client report delivered monthly: AI visibility score, cited sources, competitor ranking, and what changed.

Why

AI search is changing how people find local services. The businesses that show up in AI recommendations aren’t necessarily the best — they’re the ones with enough signal for the model to feel confident citing them. Faro builds that signal, consistently, in English and Spanish, for businesses that don’t have time to figure it out themselves.
